NSR abides by all NCAA recruiting guidelines. These NCAA guidelines allows colleges to use NSR but their rules prohibit colleges from endorsing any private scouting organization. We have been successfully promoting quality athletes to colleges for more than 20 years and during this time we have received over 1,000 letters from colleges about the superior service we’ve provided to them.

NSR works directly with and through the high school coaches. Their recommendations and evaluations are important and are a part of our service.

Approximately 200 scouts in over 80 licensed territories personally scout the world’s best high school athletes in every NCAA sport.
